You are coming or wish to make a reservation at our establishment and we are delighted to welcome you. Our capacity is a maximum of two people, the establishment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

The reservation becomes effective as soon as you have made the payment of the total amount of the price of your stay by any means agreed with the owner.

The rate includes bed linen, towels, cleaning, parking within the villa grounds and WI-FI connection. Prices are net, including tourist tax.

Any request for cancellation or modification must be notified by email to the owner as soon as possible. However, in case of cancellation or modification up to 3 days before the arrival date, the establishment will refund the full price of your stay. In case of cancellation after this period or no-show, the establishment will keep the total amount of the reservation.

In case of shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains fully acquired by the owner. Unused breakfasts or meal baskets will be refunded.

The client must arrive on the specified day and at the time mentioned at the time of his reservation or at the latest the day before his arrival. Arrivals are from 3 pm to 9 pm and departures until 11 am. Breakfast is offered every day between 7 am and 10 am.

We welcome you to the house where we live. You must respect the peaceful character of the place and use it in accordance with its purpose. You commit to leaving the accommodation in good condition.
