Description

The completely independent apartment of 32 m² consists of a fitted and equipped kitchen, reversible air conditioning, bathroom with XL shower, convertible sofa for daily use (bed 160 x 200), and free wi-fi via fiber; it has a private shaded and furnished terrace with a dining area as well as a parking space within the villa's grounds. Motorcycles can park directly on the main terrace and bicycles have a locked box for their use.
You will also enjoy a 80 m² terrace facing south with sunbathing, summer kitchen and charcoal barbecue.
Breakfast is offered every day at a price of 8 € per person with homemade products (yogurts, compote, brioche, jams), picnic baskets at a price of 10 € per person are available for our hiking or cycling guests, motorcyclists or in case of late arrival.
Bed linen and towels are included in the rates.
We have a "special motorcyclist(s)" package including breakfast solo or duo.
We offer gift cards valid for 18 months (overnight package for two people including breakfast).
You will find in the accommodation all the necessary documentation for the discovery of all the sites of interest and outdoor activities of the region from the tourist office.
We are located in the Vésubie valley, at the gates of the Mercantour national park, with many sites of interest and outdoor activities nearby (the Lantosque via ferrata 5 minutes away, the only thermal station in the department at Berthemont les Bains and the largest zip line in France from Colmiane about 30 minutes away), and we are also 10 minutes from the route des grandes Alpes (access to the Turini pass).
You have a Carrefour market and a service station open 7/7 10 minutes from the accommodation, and two electric charging stations 5 minutes away.
